Hi
Does anyone have a suggestion for a transistor with similar specs to a 2SD1669 in a surface mount package such as D2PAK?
It will be used as the power switch in a high current buck converter at 50KHz and I need at least 50Vce and 12A Ic.
I want to move a current design from through hole to SM
