how to find Lithium-ion battery (ICR18650S2) date code

Hi, i recently got some Li-ion cell whith below details. cylindrical, 2000mAH in orange heatshrink plastic and without the protective circuitry. line-2 and 3 are different on each cell, so they may be serial no, manf date etc.

Make : LG Chem line-1 : ICR18650S2 line-2 : DCC4F37210 line-3 : 4197314063

does anybody know how to decode the manufacturing date from the above numbers ?

i could not find much info on their website
