I am looking for any information on these three chips:

1) AMI 8603MAD SP314-01A TONE PHILIPPINES
24 pin 600 mil width

2) AMI 8618MAL SP198-3P PHILIPPINES

22 pin 300 mil width

3) CP5024A 248-1P 528511

24 pin 600 mil width

All of these chips are custom house-numbered parts and the first two were made in early 1986. You might find spares information by googling the name of the manufacturer of this equipment and SP314091A, SP198-3P and 248-1P
