Hello Everyone Is there any pcb design program that has component libarys that have 7 pin and 8pin and 9 pin vacuum tube sockets?

For Cadsoft Eagle there are two contributed libraries with tubes. You'd have to look which ones are already in there, supposedly lots of them:
