Req for help - microsim ver 8 CD rom?

Nov 17, 2005 5 Replies

Hey folks, posting a request for help, a co-worker misplaced his original CD rom for MicroSim version 8. He has the hardware dongle and the 28 digit registration number.

Apparently Orcad bought out Microsim so he can't just go to the manufacturer.

Anyone know where he could locate a copy of the original software?

Thanks in advance - Jim

OR, you could just contact Cadence (or especially EMA.) There are still a few R8 cds around... 8-)

Charlie

Actually, I don't have any extra R8 CDs, they are in the office, and, since the 'office' is now 3 hours away, I would probably just have to dup him a cd anyway... :-(

Charlie

I thought that should be the case. I only responded because the correct registration number count IS 28 ;-)

Thank you! He will be in touch today.

Much appreciated - Jim
