Tripath Technologies ceased trading about 2 months ago.
Their shares are off the market - their web site is now gone - they are gone.
IP rights have not been bought as yet - a wild rumour has it that one of the majors ( Cirrus ) may pick it up.
Tripath designed a range of somewhat controversial class D audio amplifier ICs - which they dubbed '' Class T '.
