i teraz chcę do np. r17 wpisać adres Nazwy (czyli adres rejestru r16). Jak to zrobić?

Twoje pytania dotyczą bardziej zewnetrznego asemblera(translatora języka asembler) którym się posługujesz i to o co pytasz zależy właśnie od asemblera a nie od AVRa.
