Bonjour,





de la ms. Je dispose des 2 potentiels +2kV et -1kV mais je sais pas  
comment les combiner pour obtenir ce que je cherche. J'ai des  

max pour Vce.

et meilleurs voeux pour 2016 !

Je l'ai fait avec deux MOSFETS qui peuvent encaisser 1500V chacun (W4N150
ou 03N150 chez Farnell) et je peux faire des pulses de 2.6kV (je n'ai pas

La rupture d'une seule tension ne donnerait qu'un pulse de 1.3 kV au mieux,
