Do you need 1.2 uH __AT__ 600MHz which is easy or do you need 1.2 uH over the range of 0 to 600 MHz? Thats a little more difficult.

Looks like the conical inductor may be the winner... wind it for 1.2uH at 10MHz, and it'll still be a high impedance at 600MHz.

That sounds like a ferrite bead. Are you trying to make a diplexer? There is no such thing as an RF "crossover" network...
