I'm thinking of playing with PVR functions but for that I need an incoming signal and a decoder.
USB TV sticks seem fairly common, certainly more of them than USB satellite decoders (please prove me wrong).
So has anyone got a USB decoder working with Kodi/OSMC?

looks interesting for phones and tablets.
Requires Neon support, which has sent me off investigating how to confirm this.
Apparently there is a file called "cpuinfo" which lists neon if supported.
