No British reactor other than the one returned to green field has been shut down more than a decade. It is a well known fact that the cheapest way to decommission them is to simply shut them down, remove the fuel, and leave them about 30-40 years.
The fact that you have twisted this into a 'never been done' scenario shows you are actively promoting anti-nuclear propaganda.
