Ok, I hooked my Toshiba 40 gig gigabeat, MP3 player up with the wrong power supply. It's rated at 3 volts 2.2 amps.... the power supply he used was 5 volts 3 amps.
Now it won't even turn on.... is it "Fried" ?.... or is it possible that I just killed the battery not the hard drive?
