Replacement for choke coil

I try to find a replacement for part L5A3 : 321Z005A20 (made by "kd") that seem to be faulty in IIYAMA monitor (primary shows 0.3 ohms, must be 1.5 to 2.5 with my evaluation of internal resistance) Search on the web give only one result (

Is there any equivalent part somewhere ?

If the primary shows a resistance, what makes you think it's defective?

Assuming it is, your best bet might be to unwind it, counting the turns, and rewind it with new (better?) wire. Most of those are not "catalog" parts.
