Hi, does anyone know how to fix the 'DEAD DVD' problem on the Philips
15PT6807? Happens on the 14" version as well: 14PT6107
About 9/10 of the DVD drives fail within a few weeks on these units, so I guess someone must be repairing them!
Symptoms: Blank screen when DVD is selected. No buttons for the DVD drive work.
Any help greatly appreciated
