Reverse Hall effect?

Hi group.

Has anyone tried experimenting with current flow through pyrolytic graphite? due to its unique structrure it might well generate a magnetic field far in excess of what would be normal for copper.

Also it might be useful as a magnetic Hall sensor for detecting very weak fields.
