HP606 equivalent?

Did Hewlett Packard ever make a solid-state equivalent of the 606(A) RF generator?

To clarify my point, the 651 (solid state) test oscillator is about the same as the 650 (vacuum tube.) Ditto for the 331 distortion analyzer and the 330. But was there ever a solid state unit of about the same spec/functionality as the 606?

Thanks for your thoughts.

Wasn't the 606 similar to the 608, but covering a lower frequency range? If that is the case, the solid-state models may have combined the two into a single instrument such as the 8640 or the newer 8657.
