Only few days ago, IAR workbench full version has been procured. I have t re-modify my whole application into IAR....which was earlier written i KEIL and Proview C. My application is related to Graphic LCD Display thr P89C51RD2 microcontroller.
Can u please help me in getting any support /link w.r.t my problem.

If you have procured the IAR C complier through proper channels then IAR should be able to help you.
Otherwise you are on your own.

I don't understand why we get so many of these sort of questions when the first place to ask is the manufacturer or distributor.
