I have 2 LCD text displays from a GE phone. They have markings like the following:
Large display:
WS-1 CK CKV-0 LBL-9917G
Small display: WS-1 CK CKV-0 LBL-9909G
They are about 12x2 or 16x2 in size.
I believe they are SPI because of the markings on the connections on the large display:
VCC SCLK CS SID RST GND LED
Looks like write only SPI? No SOD connection.
I've been searching the net, but haven't had any luck. Anyone have any ideas about finding the specs?
