Development Board for ARM7 & ARM9

I require a development board with the folowing features:



ARM7 or ARM9 chip.



2MB or higher NAND flash
2 MB or higher external SRAM (or SDRAM) TFT LCD interface (and if possible an LCD module also) of 3.5 inch and higher phy dimensions, resolution 320(RGB) x 240, 16 bit color.

onchip LCD controller (e.g. the ARM9 chips) will be preferred



I am open to ICs of any make, (ATMEL, TI, NXP, etc)

Can you use an ARM Cortex M3 based chip? There are also Cortex R4, A8 and A9 versions. Would any of these work?

It uses a Cortex A8 from TI, the OMAP3530, a pretty fast chip.
