semaphore with LED's

Hi there

I'm from Croatia and im 4 grade of high school.So i must make my final work and i choose semaphore with LED's.

So I wounted to ask if somwhone know's some link with that informations.That semaphore must have aproximatlly 500 LED diodas of 1500 Cd.I wont to make four segments and evry shoud contain 120 diodas.It is similar with semaphore which they are using on a football games for showing substitusions for players.So if somwhone knows somthing can he mail me or contact me.
