JTAG i programowanie Xilinx

Dziś cały dzień walczę z zaprogramowaniem układu Xilinx XC9536XL, dopiero na 3 kompie wykrywam mi programator Xilinx JTAG Parallel Download Cable III w WebPack 9.1i Ale przy próbie odczytu Id dostaje taki komunikat:

Jak odłączę Xilinxa to dostaje same 0.

Jakiś pomysł co z tym można zrobić ?

Sprawdź programator, coś z nim nie tak. Możliwe też że scalak się uszkodził. Od kilku miesięcy programuje XC9536XL tym programatorem i musze stwierdzić że nie miałem z nim problemów.
