Poszukaj dokumentu avr_libc który znajdziesz w instalacji (zapewne na pasku start jesli uzywasz win). Jest tam sekcja FAQ, z której się dowiesz, ze w zasadzie tak, ale. "Ale" sobie doczytaj.
