Lcc Win32 installation fails / Win98

Installation failed a couple of times when i tried to intstall the current version of winlcc32.exe (Win98, no other app running). Wedit runs after quit, but crashes when compiling.

I'm total beginner with C. Sorry i come up with this basic stuff, but i'd really like to get into C programming with lcc..

An error occurs when "c:\lcc\bin\createdb.exe" is executed:
