i am tryin to derive the respiratory rate from the chest leads but i am gettin a lot of noise. also, i am not able to demodulate the o/p waveform. can anyone suggest a demodualtion technique?..or any other circuit to derive the respiratoy rate? i am usin INA 111,

More info, please! Are you trying to derive respiratory rate from EKG chest leads, or do you have an actual respiration sensor? What modulation are you trying to demodulate?

Possibly the OP need to loosen the constriction on the chest leads, so he doesn't pass out in the middle of posting. Either that, or he forgot galvanic isolation from the tube amplifier, in which case it might be a moot point. ;-)
