I wish to implement a MPEG2 encoder for SIF(320*240) video format at 25 frame per second. The real-time encoder handle both I and P pictures.
Does TI's DSP feasible for this application? If so, please recommend one(with the min cost), thanks!
BTW, do you think a newbie can fulfill the project in 5 month?
