Well i saw, some corcuit , called voltage doubler, with capacitor and diodes in series, doubling voltages, the capacitance and diodes it will jack up voltage....

Not from a battery, unless there are other circuit elements besides capacitors and diodes in series. (BTW they aren't in series in a voltage doubler, but we know what you mean)

Ken, don't do that. Do a bunch of reading first, about ohm's law, and voltage, and current, and stuff.
