This will be hung onto an upcoming quickie proto board. This is to make the minimal-noise +1 core voltage for an FPGA. I'm trying to do this using parts already on the BOM.
I'm thinking that C1 will roughly cut the noise in half.
We don't have a scope that goes below 1 mV/cm, so I added the noise amp for testing.
