too many opamps

We have 95 different opamps in stock, and it looks like I need one more:

dual RRIO

couple MHz bandwidth

at least 12 volts (single) supply

low supply current, < 1 mA per amp

pretty good DC accuracy, millivolts offset

comes off the rails cleanly

MSOP8 or TSSOP8 package, something small

cheap, well under $1.

I've done some testing on the AD8565 single, and it's great. It comes off the rails cleanly in a few usec (could be used as a comparator) and it can drive up to 250 mA transiently, good to drive mosfet gates and such. It seems stable with any capacitive load. Input offset is mediocre, typ 2 max 10 mv.

So the dual version is a candidate, AD8566, 71 cents at 1K.

Any other recommended RRIO dual opamps?

I haven't tried it, but how about this one from Intersil:

Its max offset spec is also mediocre, but otherwise it seems pretty good. Mouser has 150 of them in stock for 59 cents.

That looks like a useful part, but I see that 19V is now 'high voltage'.

I know, right?

I'm not terribly familiar with the methodology manufacturers use for statistical sampling of parts to ensure they meet specs, but looking at the histogram of offset voltage distribution on page 6, I don't know why they're listing 18 mV as the max offset voltage. That's so far to the right or left of the bell curve I'd think that would qualify as a defective part.

About 10 years ago, the only 15v supply opamp I could find was from Intersil. That was a sot 6 pin part. No one else had Vdd vss of 15v

MCP6282 5mhz gbw, 3mv offset max MCP6292 10mhz gbw, 3mv offset max

I've used MCP6281 - it works without fuss. I don't remember the output source/sink current.

Nice amp, but it's only good to 6 volts. I need at least 12.

I use a lot of LM7301s, RRIO up to 32 volts, but it's a single and a tad expensive for my latest app.

I found this. Meets all of your specs but a bit high on price

AD8565 is an amazing amp, up to 16 volts. Cheap.
