Tesla has been FAKING range estimates

There's a powerful, essentially absolute, negative correlation between old-hen flaming and competence in electronic design.

Aren't you boring yourselves to death with this endless, mindless ritual?

How many arguably useful circuits can you make with two bipolar transistors? Give it a go. The first 20 are easy.

And John Larkin does a lot of old-hen flaming. He thinks he's a competent electronic designer, in the same way that Flyguy thinks he can do rational argument.

My contention is that Flyguy is mindless, and I'm hoping that his relatives get to notice and shut him up.

Why bother. The point of electronic design is to solve specific problems, not to invent new problems that you might be able to solve with a two transistor circuit. For a while Indian universities published a lot of papers analysing different two transistor circuits, but they got richer.

Hey John, when did they repeal the FIRST AMENDMENT????

Sewage Sweeper is proud of his right to publish anything he likes on subjects that he knows nothing about. He's much too ignorant to appreciate how worthless his contributions are, so we are forced to rely on his nearest and dearest to discourage him from making a fool (and a nuisance) of himself in public.

Donald Trump has much the same problem on the public stage, but he's not as far gone as Sewage Sweeper so he can still impress the credulous.

Certainly you and Sloman can diddle one another endlessly. Don't bother your little heads with hard stuff like electronics.

Flame on, gentlemen.

John Larkin doesn't bother his little head with electronics either. He posts simulations of circuits that he has cobbled together from time to time, but he's remarkably unwilling to talk about why he put them together the way he did, and avoids components that are tricky to understand, like transformers designed and custom wound to do a specific job.

He's happy to pose as a circuit designer and attempt to flame other people by suggesting they should design his electronics for him, but designing stuff from scratch seems to be beyond him.
