Bill Gates first -- too much shared history, likely too much shared experience "back in the day" and too much in common in the future, as well... Besides, I have a very serious proposal I'd like to make to the Gates Foundation, so that would easily be my first choice. Steve Ballmer would be at the bottom -- we share nothing in our world views and I have nothing to share with him. So The Woz would be second.

If I had to bet I would say it must fall (MS). They even tried using their political influence to mark countries that support open source as 'copyright violators' and hit those with a trade embargo. US likes free trade, except when others are hurting their profits. I know Balmer types, in a way I respect them. But too much power makes a dangerous situation sometimes.
