I don't see how those could be accidental. The falsifying tax returns was likely from not reporting the money he made on the deal. Anytime they get y ou for conspiracy it means you actually discussed the deed with someone. M ost likely the "false statements" were either denying he made the shipments or lying on the forms for the shipment.

Anytime somebody steals or otherwise makes money illegally, they should be prudent and declare it on their tax returns. They can call it miscellaneous income.

"working girls" sometimes do, the real pros at least. Prostitution is only a misdemeanor but tax evasion is a felony. And prostitution is a lot harder to prove after-the-fact than tax fraud

My concern about prostitution is, how can you be sure she really loves you?

If she stays after you go broke, she loves you
