I dont think its fake, but i think its included in the inductor model at a lower level so it runs faster than if it were a seperate component.

I think I wrote that if let's say a spice user uses no Cp. The runs a sim where X1 is increasing with frequency. When Xl >> Rp... Rp will rule.. The inductor gets crappy and acts like a resistor.
