There is insufficient detail on the datasheet to tell how it works. You can make somewhat simple multiband antennas naturally if the bands are harmonically related. You can insert traps in the antenna to remove or connect elements at various frequencies.

or if they are sufficiently removed from any harmonic relationship, often their feedpoints can be paralleled - with the high input impedance of the non-resonant/non-target ones doing little to affect drive to the intended target antenna.
