This halloween, the family down on Sussex Street had 175 pumpkins out. Some were real, some plastic foam. They carve a bunch of real ones every year, and if they are really popular they get a foam plastic pumpkin and carve that the same, so they can keep it for future years.

This year, 75 of the 175 were real fresh pumpkins.We were walking down Swiss Street and Mo said "I want a beer" so I popped into some stranger's garage and asked him if he had any beer. He gave me a Modelo, which Mo likes. He saved my marriage. We made some friends, which can be interesting in a super-tekkie neignborhood.
