They all seem the same, but some say switching and others don't, and there seems to be a price difference.. any one know what is the technical difference.

Switched: Efficient, but can cause interference. And cost more than linear. Linear: Waste energy, and likely to become hot.
They're all switchers - input voltage range is indicator.
There's no real price difference in 100pc quantities.
The current limit setting may be important for certain battery charging applications.
There's no mention of safety approvals, though its difficult to imagine marketing this type of device without them - best to inquire first.
