Gives a connection interrupted error. specifically: TLSv1.2 Record Layer: Alert (Level: Fatal, Description: Handshake Failure) Content Type: Alert (21) Version: TLS 1.2 (0x0303) Length: 2 Alert Message Level: Fatal (2) Description: Handshake Failure (40) (the main page is ok tho'.)

I am getting more and more SSL connection problems. Not identical but similar as: (Those just RST the connection)

Is this some browser wars shit or have the fraggles forgot how to run their severs?

I don't know. I have no problems with either of your links. I use the Firefox browser FYI.

Link works fine for me in Google Chrome (Ver 72.0.3626.109 64-bit) Link does NOT work in Internet Explorer 11 (11.0.9600.16476)

Both browsers are out of date. (and not identically configured, so there's that.)

We have started using JLC for prototype and production boards, Early days yet but the ones so far have been fine. Unbeatable price for prototypes. It seems to me that the shipping costs are inflated for production orders.

ISTR they claim 3.5mil design rules capability which is good for a low-cost provider.

They are the same company as LCSC, a chinese component supplier. These are very interesting for commodity parts and we have used them a lot during the recent shortages.

I had boards made by Sunstone and they were the worst boards I've ever used . The prototypes had some very high percentage X-outs, I think about 1/3. Some of the PWBs they said were good would never work after assembly. I b elieve there were open and intermittent vias.

The other boards Sunstone made were the larger test fixtures for the protot ypes and they also had open and intermittent vias which were not all discov ered and fixed until years later.

These were 13 mil drilled and plated holes. Why in the world would a profe ssional PWB fabricator have trouble with that?
