I suspect that any apparent effect that you are seeing is due to not screening your equipment from the Earth's magnetic field properly. Currents flowing in wires in a magnetic field do generate forces and that is classical electromagnetism - used in electric motors.

Once you can get outside the Earth's atmosphere a few more options with high efficiency but low thrust become viable. Ion drives for example:

In a submarine in space I can breathe. In a car, only Musk's puppets and yours can breathe.

In a flying car you could demonstrate your reactionless drive to a large audience, a lot more cheaply - submarines are heavier than cars.

And the people who want a to raise a lot of money to build a vehicle that could outrun any debt collector are subject to the suspicion that they don't intend to pay any dividends on the investment.

The PNN is incredible and Musk doesn't even want to see it. :-) Our demonstration experiments have been ready for months. Too bad for him, he keeps going with the comical litany of spaceships that, in words, will go to Mars but will fail like others have for more than half a century. You don't learn anything even from the obvious failures of missile science if you try to colonize something... You need to end up like the Titanic. But at least make the orchestra on your Titanic play a different tune :-)

I've noticed a syndrome among fanciful inventors, the desire to have an isolated utopian colony. I was invited to live on New Island, a utopian-society concrete barge in the Gulf of Mexico, but declined.

The inventor would of course be the grand leader of the settlement.

Perfectly true. Nobody sane believes a word of the claims you make about it. If you experimental set-ups were slightly more convincing, it might become more credible, but that does strike me as improbable.

Venture capitalists get offered a lot of plausible ventures in which they could invest. Your isn't exactly plausible - in fact it doesn't seem to be plausible enough to even get passed up through the levels of fraud detection to a level that might let it through to somebody like Musk.

Ready for slightly more gullible customers than the average venture capitalist.

Unmanned space craft have got to Mars several times already. That's not a failure.

Nobody has tried to colonise anything yet.

Space craft don't have a lot in common with the Titanic.

You may end up having to pay royalties to the Scottish science-fiction author Ken MacLeod - at least one of his novels had his space travelers skating around space-time in converted submarines. They did time travel as well (if inadvertently).

This is a promise rather than an achievement. Donald Trump promised to Make American Great Again. He's just had president Maduro of Venezula kidnapped with his wife, which isn't the sort of act usually described as great. It looks a lot more like criminal racketeering.
