This clip is interesting. It shows the MSM covering for Harris's vacuous, shell-like personality and total lack of intellect by re-recording her words to make her sound decisive instead of totally incompetent. No doubt they got plenty of practice with this technique during Usurper Joe's tenure in the job as he was pretty much her equal in this respect.
