Nonlinear capacitive effect in CMOS switches/muxes

I haven't seen any information about the variation of the channel to ground capacitance of an analog switch vs channel voltage. The input to output capacitance variation in "OFF" state is interesting to know, too. What could be the order of those effects for the standard HC40xx switches and muxes?
