model the RF transformer

Hi,all I will sample a 46M IF signal with 20M bandwidth and fs=60M(yes,here is undersample) using AD9288. The schematics of AD9288 EVM

use a RF transformer (ADT-1WT,

to interface IF signal. I simulated the reference AD circuit in pspice to find the 3dB bandwidth, But now I can't go ahead becasuse don't know the inductance of the RF transformer, it seems it is very small (about 10+nH), is it possible? or can I get the spice model of the RF-transformer somewhere?

You need to know the mutual inductance and the leakage inductances. Either obtain that data from the manufacturer or measure them. The latter will not be easy at RF.

Most of the time toroid transformers can been seen as ideal transformers in an RF design unless you are near the lower or upper limits in frequency range. Allow for some losses.
