Lowest Supply Current >5Mhz GBW Competition

Jan 29, 2007 0 Replies

I'm currently searching the net for the lowest supply current op amp with a GBW of >= 5Mhz.

Other specs required: Vs >=5V Output drive current: >0.5mA Offset V: 0.3V/uS Dual preferred but single ok. Input includes ground. Output can be rail to rail, but not required. Av >30dB Single supply operation

So far I've found: (Comparing @ Vs=5V, 25C) Linear Technology LT1492: Is = 550uA Intersil EL5220: Is = 500uA Analog Devices AD8631: Is = 300uA Maxim MAX4249-MAX4257: Is = 420uA Texas Instruments TLE2161: Is = 280uA LMV822: Is = 300uA

Please note: It's possible I missed something in the data sheets and I'm comparing without the same conditions.

Anybody know similar op amps I can check out? Or is that the ballpark and it's best that I chose from the above? D from BC
