If LED's Vf is 1.9v, is that normal?
I remember it was about 0.7v, am I right?

Yes- even ordinary LEDs hit 2.2V and the high intensity jobs 3.5V- nothing unusual about 1.9V.
No- that is not right, 0.7V is for an ordinary rectifying diode.

No. That would be a silicon diode at lowish current.
It depends on forward current. I run most of my leds @ around 3-10 mA and use a typical figure of 1.3V.
I suggest you look at a data sheet for simple info like this. It's all there.

That's reasonable, but it depends on the color. Red is lowest, blue is highest. Bandgaps and all that.
