Yes, 240mW is difficult for a 16A relay, particularly if it has to meet stringent European safety standards. It's probably impossible if you need long life (>50~100k operations) as well.

I'd already contacted them regarding this relay. I've not heard anything back yet either directly or from any distributors of this component.
