With ID 5AoP or 5A0P Basic spec:-

12V i/p
5V o/p
1-2uA Iq I've tried Texas/NXP/M/chip/Micrel.

Does anyone recognise this part ? Is there a list of SM ID parts as such ?

Ha I missed it it's M/chip MCP1701... because it's listed as 10Vip (abs max

12V)
