Well, yeah, in floating point. Pascal's triangle does it in integers (suitable for easy digitization). And, no one is going to see the infinite tails anyhow you try to plot it.

Smith chart rendition of a Gaussian curve, anyone? That 'point at infinity' on the right edge solves part of the problem.
