Thank you Jim. This will come in handy in the near future for me.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but this models an IRF640 (or similar) "as is?"
Thank you again.

Hi Don,
This will model just about any ol' FET. However, you have to choose VTH, IMX and VMX to match the DC characteristics and twiddle with CDS also.
NOTE: The is no CDG or CGS in the present configuration, as they are not needed to handle LOGIC, which is what I'm presently aiming to model.
For "gain" situations, you will need to add them in the obvious places.
I also realized this afternoon that I can also model VDSsat easily, and will add that in a few days... no biggie, just embellishment >:-}
And, as I proof read my reply... there is no gate-charge modeling. I had a way to add that to any LEVEL=3 model and discussed it here back in the days when Win Hill was active on this group. I'll see if I can find that (actually solved that in the early '90's while working on the Shuttle program).
As you work with the model, I'd appreciate any feedback... my aim is to make behavioral modeling my retirement hobby and income augmenter ;-) ...Jim Thompson
