EMI noise performance ....... 3.3 V microcontollers vs. 5 V microcontrollers.

I want to use an 3.3 V micro controller in my industrial controlproject.but 3.3 V microcontrollers has lower supply voltage and ground voltagenoise margin band than 5V microcontrollers.is that a problem in industrial environments. Because Industrialenvironments has lots of electrical noise.

Here I must confess that I haven't yet migrated up to the level of MP3 player ownership. Oh, and we don't own a DVD player (if you don't count the ones in the biz computers which aren't ever used).
