Thinking about it a bit more, i see no need for that frame rate. =
1/3600th of that will do. More on the order of a cheap used throw-away digital camera. Same with the processing power etc., Don't need high megapixels either. Automating the fan could be done, then there is only periodic cleaning and refills.Now there are some interesting thoughts. The best timing pattern may be seasonal.

One can buy a combination of a solar heater for heating air and a solar cell to drive a small fan. When the sun shines, it is dry, the dry air is heated and blown into the space one wants to keep dry. Boats, sheds and holiday houses. Everything looks after itself.
