diode arrays

Looking for a diode array chip with several diodes I can connect in series. Actually need a series of about ten diodes. Found these:

but these packages have leads 1/40" apart. I would like to find a diode array chip with diodes that can be wired in series, in a package with the leads 1/20" apart but haven't found any such. Anybody ever see such an animal?

There is a 4 pin package with two isolated diodes with the pins on 1.9 mm centers (about 1/20"). What diode type do you need?

But if you could live with the smaller spacing, you could get 4 to a pack:

Regardless, I suspect that pairs in the SOT-23 package will be cheaper:
