EBay shows sellers in Italy and Greece with that part!
For a museum-quality restoration, it might be important to know what is being replaced by mfr and datecode.
D44/D45 series was offered by various semi vendors.
As I recall, originals from GE had colored (green or red?) plastic bodies and gold-flashed round-wire leads.
